Students practiced “Once Upon a December” song. They did a test and their activity books.

In GE session, students have been able to name “fruit” and “food” by using following grammar:

I like fruit.

Do you like milk? Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.

I don’t like milk.

He/ she likes vegetables.

He/ she doesn’t like cake.

Does she like honey? Yes, she does./ No, she doesn’t.

Does he like salad? Yes, he does./ No, he doesn’t.

۱^st grade

During the week in phonics sessions students have had a review on “long vowels”. They learnt “ck” sound by the use of presented examples of the book.

The hourly time was introduced and practiced. Daily activities were also reviewed.

 It’s 2:00 o’clock.

I wake up at 6:00 o’clock.

۲^nd, 3^rd,4^th, 5^th, 6^th grade

The notion of past time was practiced. Dates with correct and proper preposition were practiced. Students also learnt how to read the dates correctly and completely. The difference between “was and were” was explained inductively.

She was born on 5^th April.

They were born on 23^rd July.

During this week, students got familiar with school objects. They did their activity books. Teacher reviewed letters.

۱^st grade

Students got familiar with school objects. They completed their activity books. letters /z/, /k/ and /j/ were reviewed.

In science session, students learnt about environment. People, plants, trees are parts of environment.

۲^nd grade

In GE session, students listened to audio book. They completed activities of their books. teacher reviewed parts of a house and furniture.

In science session, students learnt 5 senses.

۳^rd grade

In phonics session, students learnt /nk/, /ng/, /ck/.

In GE session, students got familiar with foods.

۴^th, 5^th, 6^th grade

In GE session, students learnt clothes and adjectives that describe them. Students practiced their roles in the story book. Also, they practiced to sing “maybe I, maybe you” song.
