During this week, students learnt letters /G, L, B/ sounds and letters.

In math session, students got familiar with the concept of /inside, outside/.

Also, they learnt how to read and write numbers 1-10.

۱st grade

In phonics session, students learnt letters /u, b/ sound and letters.

Ball, book, bird

Up, uncle, under, unhappy, under, umbrella

Also, they practiced blended words and sight words such as: she, he, I, this that, is.

In math session, students got familiar with the concept of /inside, outside/.

In science session, they learnt living and non-living things. They are able to make following sentences:

Table is a non-living thing.

Flower is a living thing.

۲nd grade

In math session, students learnt how to read and write 1-100.

In phonics session, students learnt to read and write /oo, oy/.

۳rd grade

In GE session, following sentences have been covered:

What’s the weather like?

It’s sunny.

What day is it today? It’s Tuesday.

On rainy days, do you like reading a book?  Yes, I do.   No, I don’t.

 

 

۴th, 5th grade

Students learnt to talk about their daily activities. Following sentences have been covered:

I get up at 6:00 0’clock.

I always play the piano.

I sometimes listen to music.

I never sing a song.

During this week students did following activities:

Reading some pages of their story books.

Doing their activity books.

Listening to audio tracks.

Students learnt long “u” and “o” containing “oo”, “ue”, “u-e” sounds. Words

Foot , tooth, boot, zoo

Blue, glue

Cube, tube, prune

were taught and practiced. Students gained the ability to read mentioned words. Moreover, students got familiar with the concept of “more than” and “less than”. They practiced the concept by completing worksheets.

 ۲nd grade

Students started reading the new pages of the storybook in order to enhance their reading and comprehension skill. Grammars related to “have got” and “has got” have been practiced during the week.

۳rd grade

Past tense sentences and irregular verbs were practiced by many sentences and examples produced by students. Beside, future with “be going to” grammar has been presented. Moreover, vocabularies related to animals and different kinds of parks were introduced.

۴th grade
