In GE session, students learnt to say which foods they like and which they don’t. In addition, they got familiar with vocabularies such as: plum, orange, orange juice, peach, chocolate, banana, cake.

I like bananas. I don’t like apples.

In phonics session, they learnt /g/ sound and words such as: goat, gate, garden.

In science session, they got familiar with different parts of the body and senses (hearing, sight).

In math session, they learnt shapes. (Square, circle).

In GE session, students practiced reading in order to improve the reading skill.

In phonics session, students learnt /oo,ue,u-e/ so they have been able to read following words:

Boot, blue, flute.

۴th, 5th, 6th grade level 2

In GE session, students learnt adverbs of frequency.

In science session, students learnt about baby animals.

In phonics session, students learnt /sh/, /ch/, /th/ so they have been able to read following words:

Sheep, ship, cheese, chain, teeth, bath.

۱st grade

Phonics: vowel /O/ was completed. The previous parts were reviewed. Dictation was practiced on board.

ow: bow, yellow, cow

o-e : nose, home, close

oa: boat, goat, board

General: The sentence “I want …” was reviewed and book activities were covered.

Math: numbers were reviewed.

General: the situation in each season was described and talked about more specifically.

Science: Students practiced and did the activities regarding weather, seasons, and they deal with the concept of proper clothing in each.

Math: students learnt about diagrams then they colored them.

۳rd grade

General: the situation in each season was described and talked about more specifically.

Science: Students practiced and did the activities regarding weather, seasons, and they deal with the concept of proper clothing in each.

Math: Students learnt to show addition with shapes and cubes.

۴th, 5th, 6th grade

General: students gave spelling test and they completed a worksheet relating to daily activities.

Science: Students learnt details about spring. During spring sometimes, it is rainy and sometimes it is sunny.

Math: Math concepts were reviewed.
