Pre and 1st grade

In GE session, students learnt to answer questions related colors.

What color are you? I’m green/blue/red

Also, they reviewed character names such as: frog, fox, fish, bird, and squirrel.

In math session, they learnt to observe well and identify circles.

In phonics session, they learnt how to read blended words.

H+a+t= hat

S+i+t= sit

۲nd grade

During this week, students learnt” this/that”.

What’s this? It’s a pencil.

What’s that? It’s a door.

In addition, they got familiar with musical instruments such as: guitar, violin, piano, drum.

Students are able to talk about what they can see in their school, as well.

This is my classroom. There are tables, chairs, books, pens.

In phonics session, they got familiar with (a-e).

Cake, gate, lake.

In math session, they learnt to identify sizes.

A small triangle.

A medium triangle.

۳rd grade

During this week, students learnt this/that/these/those.

What’s this? It’s a pencil.

What’s that? It’s a door.

What are these/those? They’re books.

In addition, they got familiar with musical instruments such as: guitar, violin, piano, and drum.

Students are able to talk about what they can see in their school, as well.

In phonics session, they got familiar with (i-e, ie. Igh).

Kite, pie, night

In math session, they got familiar with the concept of zero.

I have no cookies. Zero!

۴th, 5th, 6th grade

Students learnt to talk about their feelings and why they have such feelings. Also, they learnt different adjectives for feelings such as: nervous, proud, embarrassed, and worried.

In math session, they learnt to order numbers 1-100.also, they learnt to compare numbers.

First grade (level 2)

GE: Along this week students got familiar with school objects. They were motivated to use the words which they have learnt, in the sentence.  They practiced the sentences such as “I have got…” and “what have you got?”

Phonics:  They completely learnt the long vowel [a]. (ay-ai-a-e). Students are able to match the vowels with proper words.

Math: concept of size was covered. Students practiced numbers 3,4. They learnt size by the use of shapes.

Second grade (level 2)

GE: Students learnt different transportation. They wrote the name of transportation in their notebooks in order to be ready for dictation. They also have learnt clothes and proper sentences regarding the subject.

What are you wearing? I am wearing a red shirt.

Phonics: Teacher reviewed some of the vowels by different games.

Math: In math session students knew different shapes and they talked about sizes. They are able to describe shapes in simple sentences. It is a small rectangle.

Third grade (level 2)

GE: Students learnt different transportation. They wrote the name of transportation in their notebooks in order to be ready for dictation. They also have learnt clothes and proper sentences regarding the subject.

What are you wearing? I am wearing a red shirt.            Are you wearing a pink coat? Yes I am/no I’m not.

Phonics: Teacher reviewed some of the vowels by different games.

Math:  Students have learnt how to write numbers 0 – ۷ correctly. They tried to remember pattern’s definition.

۴th, 5th, 6th grade

GE: Students learnt different transportation. They wrote the name of transportation in their notebooks in order to be ready for dictation. They also have learnt clothes and proper sentences regarding the subject.

What are you wearing? I am wearing a red shirt.            Are you wearing a pink coat? Yes I am/no I’m not.

Math: teacher enabled students to count by 2s,5s and 10s . In addition students learnt tens and ones concepts.
